Hotel Galtenberg Reservation and Cancellations Conditions:

Arrival and Departure:
We will try to make your room available as early as possible on the arrival date, and by 15:00 at the latest. On the day of your departure we ask that you vacate your room by 11:00. Please contact reception in advance about any needs or requirements during your stay. The hotel's wellness area is of course available for use on request should you arrive early. If you plan to arrive later that 20:00, please let us know in advance.

Deposit:
We kindly ask you for a deposit of 20% of the booking up to a maximum of €500 per room, to be transfered by bank transfer to our account with Raiffeisenbank Alpbach:

This payment is also possible by credti card (Visa, Master, Diners, Amex).

Airport or Train Station Taxi:
Our hotel's own shuttle service is available for all of our guests. Transfers to and from Innsbruck Airport and the train stations in Jenbach and Wörgl are a free service for our guests. For transfers to and from Salzburg and Munich Airports we charge €140 per person and journey (for a maximum 8 people). We have 3 vehicles with 8 seats available.

General Information:
We guarantee reservations only confirmed in writing, or telephone reservations where credit card information is supplied.

The room outlines on our website and in our brochures are for illustrative purposes only and are not true to scale. All prices offered include the All-inclusive wellness room and board unless otherwise stated. A reduction of €15 per adult per night is available for bed and breakfast only (this only applies to the normal price as stated in the pricelist of the applicable season). Services not used by guests can not be refunded.
Early booker bonus and cash payment bonuses apply only to the room price and not to additional services and children's prices. A surcharge applies for short stays of up to 4 nights of €25 per person and night.

Single occupancy surcharge in the room categories K1, K2, K3 and K4 €35 per person and night, in the room categories K5, K6, K7, K8 and K9 €45 per person and night.
Dogs are permitted on request, €15 per day (without food).
Please note that dogs are not allowed in some suites as well as the dining areas, the whole wellness and swimming area and on the sunbathing area. We reserve the right to charge for a cleaning of your room at the end of your stay.

Cancellation Conditions Pureness:Wellness Department
If you are not able to keep a booked appointment in our beauty & wellness department, we ask that you let us know at least 1 day in advance. If you do not do this we will charge 80% of the treatment price.

Cancellation Conditions:
Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. Please let us know as soon as possible. We will attempt to be as accomodating as possible - however if the room remains empty due to your changes at short notice, we are compelled to charge a cancellation fee according to the Austrian Hotel Contact Conditions.
We recommend that you always take out cancellation insurance

Extract from the Contract Conditions of Hotel Galtenberg:
Fr cancellations up to 3 months before the arrival date, we charge an administative fee of €30 per room. From 3 months to 31 days before arrival we charge for 3 days of the agreed room price. Withing 30 days of arrival, or due to late arrival or early departure, we charge the complete room price as agreed.
