Arrival and departure:
We try to make the booked room at the Galtenberg Resort in Tyrol available as early as possible on the day of arrival, but no later than 14.00 hrs. On the day of departure we ask our guests to vacate the room by 11 a.m. In consultation with our reception team, you can deposit your wishes in advance. If you arrive early, the use of the wellness areas is of course possible on request. Should you arrive later than 20 o'clock, please inform us accordingly.
Please check availability with our reception team in good time.
On the day of departure the rooms are usually vacated by 11:00 am. Late check-out rooms only upon availability!

After a binding booking, a deposit of approx. 30% of the booked arrangement is automatically required. This is usually Euro € 500,-- to Euro 2.500,- per room. We kindly ask you to pay the deposit by bank transfer to our account at Raiffeisenbank Alpbach.

Airport, train station, taxi:
Our hotel's own shuttle service is available to every Galtenberg guest. We charge Euro 100,-- per trip for picking you up from Innsbruck airport and Euro 35,-- per trip from the train stations Jenbach, Brixlegg and Wörgl. For pick-up from Salzburg and Munich airports we charge Euro 350,-- per trip (max. 8 persons from the same household per shuttle bus). A total of 4 vehicles with 8 seats each are available. We offer this service on request and subject to availability.
We guarantee only for reservations confirmed in writing or, in the case of telephone reservations, the credit card number must be given.
The room sketches on our homepage and in the brochure are schematic and not to scale. Unless otherwise stated, all offered prices include the services of the Galtenberg inclusive services. Reduction for overnight stay breakfast Euro 15,-- per adult (only applies in relation to the normal price according to the price list of the respective season). Services not used will not be reimbursed. Any early booking bonus is only granted on room prices, not on additional services and children's prices. Short stay supplement up to 4 days: € 25,-- per person/day. Single occupancy surcharge in categories K01 to K04 and W01 to W04 55,-- per person/day, in categories K5 to K16 and W05 to W017 €: 75,-- per person/day
Dogs only on request, € 20,-- per day contribution towards expenses (without food). We ask for your understanding that your pet is not allowed in the catering area (restaurant and buffet) and in the bar area, in the entire wellness and wet area as well as on the sunbathing lawn your pet is not allowed to enter.
The balance is to be paid on arrival in cash or EC or credit card (Visa, Master). Please note that your credit or debit card may have a daily or weekly limit for security reasons, so payment will be made at check-in. In such a case, you can have the limit for your trip increased by calling the respective card provider. You are also welcome to pay the remaining amount by bank transfer. In this case we ask you to make the bank transfer at least one week before arrival. Please be sure to include your surname and reservation number on the bank transfer!

Cancellation conditions Pureness: Wellness Department
If you are unable to keep a booked appointment in our Beauty & Wellness department, we ask you to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise we will have to charge you 100% of the treatment price.
You might find yourself in a situation where you have to cancel your holiday. Please let us know as soon as possible. We will try to be as fair as possible. However, if your room remains vacant due to a cancellation at short notice, we are obliged to charge a cancellation fee.

In case of cancellation up to 90 days before arrival, we will charge you a handling fee of € 50,-- per reserved room. From 89 days to 31 days before arrival we will charge you 3 days of the agreed room price. From 30 days prior to arrival, in case of early departure or late arrival/non-arrival we charge the full agreed room price. Place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck.
Rebooking or postponement of a booking:
Should it be possible to postpone a booking instead of cancelling it, the original date of stay remains the cut-off date for the cancellation period. In the case of a rebooked or postponed booking, the original booking is considered binding and cannot be cancelled free of charge. In the event of cancellation of a rescheduled booking, 100% of the tour price will be due regardless of the cancellation date.
In principle, we recommend that every guest takes out cancellation insurance. We recommend the Europäische Reiseversicherung for this purpose.
Bookings that cannot be made due to the Corona crisis and possible official closures will be easily rebooked or cancelled by us. The value of down payments will be retained in the form of vouchers.
Extended Corona cancellation conditions which are covered by the conclusion of an insurance policy via Europäische Reiseversicherung. If the following Corona aggravations apply to you as a guest at the time of travel:
You are ill with COVID-19 and therefore cannot start your journey.
A close relative or a person living in the same household is ill with COVID-19 and your presence at home is urgently required.
Fever and suspicion of Corona, even if the test result is later negative.
A positive test result without symptoms
A close relative in the same household is ill and you need to be quarantined for this reason.
because you, as a category I contact person (K1), have to be quarantined by means of an official segregation order.
because you are unable to travel during your stay as a result of your illness and have to extend your stay (cover is provided under involuntary extension of leave).
There is no Corona cancellation cover:
- if you cannot or do not want to start the stay because you are worried about infection due to increasing numbers of cases at the holiday destination.
- if you cannot or do not wish to stay because you are classified as a high-risk patient
- for costs of quarantine of the entire hotel or quarantine costs in separate accommodation
- if you do not wish to or are unable to comply with the applicable 3G or 2G rules at the time of your stay.

The Galtenberg Fix Deal Rate is a special discounted price and cannot be cancelled free of charge. The total amount is due upon completion of the booking and is non-refundable. Discounts such as Galtenberg Bonus Card or Happy Card cannot be granted. For Galtenberg Bonus Card and Happy Card holders this Fix Deal Rate is also cancelable according to the cancellation conditions.
The Galtenberg Flex Deal Rate can be cancelled according to our terms and conditions. Discounts are also possible in accordance with the applicable conditions (Galtenberg Bonus Card, Happy Card etc.)
The Galtenberg Ski Deal+Ski pass rate can be cancelled according to our Strono conditions. Due to the extensive range of additional services, including external ones, further discounts are not possible (Galtenberg Bonus Card, Happy Card etc.)
Please note that bookings made via our website (www.galtenberg.at) are only confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email from Galtenberg Resort. We do our best to respond as quickly as possible and to confirm your booking as soon as we can.
In accordance with the directive (EU) 2015/2302, the company Ciacos GmbH (Galtenberg Resort) assumes responsibility for the proper execution of the services offered and included in the package price. Our reservation department is at your disposal for any questions you may have. In addition, the company Ciacos GmbH (Galtenberg Resort) has the legally required security for the repayment of your payments in the event of its insolvency.
