Arrival and departure:
We will do our best to make sure your room is available as early as possible, but by 3 p.m. at the latest. We ask that you vacate your room by 11 a.m. on your day of departure. If you have any special requests before arrival, please let the reception team know. You are welcome to use the spa area on request if your room is not ready on arrival. Please let us know if you plan on arriving later than 8 p.m.
We ask that, upon booking confirmation, you pay a deposit of min. 20%
of the booked package, up to a maximum of € 500 (€ 1,000 in the high season)
per room. This must be paid by bank transfer to our account at the Raiffeisenbank Alpbach.
You can also contact us to pay this deposit by credit card (Visa, Master, Diners,).
Airport, train station, taxi:
The hotel shuttle services is available for our guests. This service is free of charge for transfers to and from Innsbruck airport, as well as to and from the train stations in Jenbach and Wörgl. For transfers to and from Salzburg and Munich airports we charge € 300 per journey (max. 8. people per shuttle). We have 4 vehicles with 8 seats each.
We can only guarantee for reservations confirmed in writing. Credit card details must be given for bookings by phone.
The room sketches on our website and in the catalogues are only an example and are not to scale. All prices shown, unless specified otherwise, include the services of the all-inclusive comfort board. Only breakfast is available for a reduction of € 15 per person per night (only applies to the normal prices according to the price list of the respective season). We cannot reimburse for services that are not used. Early booker bonus and cash payment bonus applies only to the room price and not to additional services and children's prices. Short-stay extra fee up to 4 days: € 25 per person per night Single occupancy surcharge in the K1, K2, K3 and K4 rom categories: € 35 per person per night; € 45 per person per night in the K5, K6, K7, K8 and K9 room categories. Dogs welcome on request, € 15 per day (without food). Please note that dogs are not welcome in some suites, as well as in the dining areas, the whole spa area and the sunbathing lawn. We reserve the right to charge an extra fee for final cleaning of the room.
Please pay the remaining amount on location in cash or by EC card or credit card (Visa, Master). Please note that, for security reasons, your credit card may have a daily or weekly limit. In such a case, you can have the limit for your trip increased by phoning the respective credit card provider.
You can also settle the outstanding payment by bank transfer. In this case, please carry out the bank transfer at least one week before you travel. It is essential that you please state your surname and reservation number when making the transfer!

Spa cancellation conditions: Spa department
If you cannot make your appointment for a treatment in the spa and beauty area, please let us know at least 1 day in advance. Otherwise we will charge 80% of the treatment price.
You might find yourself in a situation where you have to cancel your holiday. Please let us know as soon as possible. We will try to be as fair as possible. However, if your room remains vacant due to a cancellation at short notice, we are obliged to charge a cancellation fee according to the Austrian Hotel Regulations. Cancellation Insurance
Excerpt from the Hotel Galtenberg regulations:
We charge € 40 per room for cancellations made up to 3 months prior to arrival. We charge 3 days of the agreed room price for cancellations made up to 31 days prior to arrival. For cancellations made within 30 days of the agreed arrival, or if you arrival late, we charge the complete room price as agreed. The Austrian Hotel Regulations apply. The place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck.
