Indoor & outdoor pool – Relaxation, fun and games
In our indoor and outdoor pools, you can enjoy the crystal-clear water, which is kept at a pleasant temperature of 32° C, and relax by our built-in massage jets and the waterfall. The children love to romp and splash around with the toys and pool noodles that we put out for them. You can even borrow diving goggles from us.

The Aqua Quality Austria water-rating agency has certified that the drinking water in Alpbach is of the highest quality and has chosen the town as Austria’s first “crystal community”. And it is “crystal-clear” that we also fill our pools with this water! Bathing fun of the highest standard – only the best for our guests.
Baby pool for the little ones
Even our youngest guests can splash around freely in the water. Our baby pool is kept at a pleasant temperature of 34° C so that your little ones can romp around to their heart’s content. And, of course, the water is of the highest, crystal-clear quality.
Top-class bathing enjoyment in the waterpark – The children’s water world
Kids can really let off some steam in our children’s waterpark. A water playground with tilting bucket, water play wall, circle cannons, water mushroom and children’s slide (15 m) will provide plenty of entertainment and enjoyment for all of your “water rats” regardless of age.
Bathrobes, towels & changing rooms
It goes without saying that we provide you with bathrobes, bathing shoes and towels during your family holiday at our Alpbach family hotel. Changing rooms, showers, lockers and additional towels are available at the Family Spa and in 7Heaven, our wellness area for adults aged 16 and over on the 7th + 8th floors of our Wellness and Family Hotel.
“Dress On” wellness and saunas
Anyone who likes to take it a bit easier will feel completely at home in our family saunas. Enjoy a pure wellness experience in our new “Dress on” family wellness area. An organic sauna, infrared cabin, salt-water steam bath, heated bench and a laconium/tepidarium will ensure you enjoy a relaxed sauna experience at pleasant temperatures. The ice fountain for cooling off afterwards is always popular and the Kneipp showers are plenty of fun.
